Accommodating twenty-two people in chic alpine style, Chalet Altius is a sophisticated blend of state-of-the-art amenities and luxurious, casual living. The nine bedrooms over two floors offer spacious accommodation, including a family suite and a kids’ bunk room. All feature inviting en-suite bathrooms, with most providing terrace or balcony access.

After an exhilarating day on the slopes of Ski Arlberg, you and your guests can return to the welcoming heart of Chalet Altius—the large, open-plan living space with a showstopping feature fireplace, games table, baby grand piano, bar area, and plenty of relaxed sofa seating.

Chalet Altius offers numerous options to entertain your guests—from the wine cellar and tasting room to the stylish cinema room with a popcorn machine, wide sofa seating, and its own bar.

For the little ones, there’s an outside play area for the warmer months and an al fresco ice skating rink for the ski season. The terrace includes a luxurious hot tub with magnificent mountain views, a dining area, and a chill-out space.

The spa complex is everything you’d expect from a property of this stature, featuring a luxurious 14-meter pool, large sauna and steam room, relaxed seating area overlooking the mountains, and pristine treatment rooms.

This is a magnificent property in an unrivalled location just outside Lech. On your doorstep, you’ll find more than 305 km of varied terrain, with challenging off-piste that will thrill more experienced skiers. The charming villages of Lech and Oberlech and the après-ski scene of St. Anton are all within easy reach.

Book in conjunction with neighboring Chalet Adora to add a further eight beds, accommodating 30 guests in total.
