The remaining 5 bedrooms, equipped with double beds, are located on the upper floor of the villa, alongside the bathrooms with underfloor heating, which not only provide visual pleasure, but also represent the place where you can unwind and relax. Four bathrooms feature a walk-in shower, while the other three feature gorgeous bathtubs that are work of art themselves, contributing to the luxurious look of the interior. As if that was not enough, the upper floor of this fully air-conditioned villa features another lovely dining area, a living room and a wardrobe. Put your feet up in the sauna and leave all your troubles behind or enjoy playing board games or PlayStation 4 games with your family and friends.

With a living space of ​​450 m2, the imposing villa Paulina is located on a fully enclosed, 550 m2 large property.
