Perched on a hill, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, Villa Marinella is just a short stroll from the Piazzetta and Capri’s centre. With views over the bay of Marina Piccola and Faraglioni Rocks, this property is an oasis of peace situated in its own private park with palm trees and fruit trees.

The property features a main villa and three annexes with bedrooms, sleeping 15 guests, or up to 19 with the use of sofa beds.

Outdoors guests can take a refreshing dip in the large swimming pool, relax in the covered lounge area with comfortable sofas, or enjoy al fresco meals on the dining terrace.

The main villa consists of a large living room and a fully-equipped kitchen. The first single bedroom with French bed and en-suite bathroom is located next to the kitchen. Three of the bedrooms are located on the first floor, each boasting a queen size bed and en-suite bathrooms. Two bedrooms have access to a terrace offering breath-taking views.

The first annex situated close to the main house comprises a living room, kitchenette, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and twin bedroom with private bathroom, plus a sofa bed. This annex has access to a large terrace with sea views.

The second annex features a living room, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, plus a single sofa bed with private bathroom.

The third annex offers a living room and a double bedroom with private bathroom, plus a queen-sized sofa bed with additional bathroom. The annex has access to a spacious terrace.

Location

Villa Marinella is located around 10 minutes’ walk from the centre of Capri. It is situated in a pedestrian precinct, so is not reachable by car or motorbike, which makes for a peaceful and private location.

The Isle of Capri is most famed for its maze of expensive boutiques and is known as a celebrity island. But there is more to it than this. The most daring tourists will take the chance and hike along the coast and enjoy spectacular views.
